By accessing or using the SPF website or mobile application (collectively, \"Platform\"), you agree to abide by all terms contained herein. Should you disagree with these terms, you are advised to cease use of the Platform immediately.<\/p>\n

All content on the Platform\u2014including, but not limited to, text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and trademarks\u2014is the exclusive property of SPF or licensed by Engage Digital Partners Pvt Ltd.       You must not:<\/p>\n

      • Attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or networks associated with the Platform.<\/li>\n
      • Deploy malware, viruses, or any harmful code that could disrupt Platform integrity or compromise user security.<\/li>\n
      • Engage in hacking, phishing, or fraudulent activity on the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        SPF reserves the right to investigate any violation and may report illegal activities to relevant authorities.<\/p>\n

        4. Data Protection and Privacy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        4.1 Personal Data Collection and Use<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        SPF collects and processes personal data in line with GDPR, CCPA, and Indian Information Technology Rules. Personal data is collected to provide, improve, and secure the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to SPF's data collection, use, and disclosure practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

        SPF implements security protocols, encryption, and multi-factor authentication to safeguard user data, adhering to ISO 27001 and NIST cybersecurity standards. However, SPF cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access, and users acknowledge the inherent security risks of online services.<\/p>\n

          SPF reserves the right to remove or block any user-generated content deemed inappropriate.<\/p>\n

          5.2 Grant of License<\/strong><\/h4>\n

          By submitting content to the Platform, you grant SPF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content.<\/p>\n

          5.3 No Liability for User Content<\/strong><\/h4>\n

          SPF disclaims all liability for user-generated content that infringes on third-party rights or breaches applicable laws.<\/p>\n

          6. Data Retention and International Transfers<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          In accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and Indian IT regulations, SPF retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill stated purposes or comply with legal obligations.           SPF is not liable for damages arising from Platform use, data loss, unauthorized access, or cyber incidents, except as required by applicable law.<\/p>\n

          You agree to indemnify SPF, its affiliates, and partners against claims, damages, or expenses arising from any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.<\/p>\n
