By using the Platform, you consent to SPF's data collection, use, and disclosure practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
SPF implements security protocols, encryption, and multi-factor authentication to safeguard user data, adhering to ISO 27001 and NIST cybersecurity standards. However, SPF cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access, and users acknowledge the inherent security risks of online services.
In the event of a data breach, SPF will notify affected users and relevant authorities within the legally required timeframe under GDPR and Indian Cyber Laws.
If you are using the Platform for business purposes, you may be required to sign a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with SPF, outlining additional data protection obligations.

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant SPF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content.

In accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and Indian IT regulations, SPF retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill stated purposes or comply with legal obligations. Upon request or service termination, SPF will securely delete or anonymize user data in accordance with applicable law.
SPF may transfer personal data internationally, adhering to GDPR's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Indian regulations on cross-border data transfer. SPF ensures adequate protection and legal safeguards for international data processing.
Currently, SPF offers free access to the Platform. Should any paid services be introduced, they will be conducted in compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), ensuring data protection and security for all payment-related information.
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
SPF is not liable for damages arising from Platform use, data loss, unauthorized access, or cyber incidents, except as required by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify SPF, its affiliates, and partners against claims, damages, or expenses arising from any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
SPF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India, and shall comply with Indian arbitration laws where applicable.
